Judith has several times been on the Australian government delegation to UN CSW, was Founding Chair of Security 4 Women and is also a Director of Riding for Disabled, the RDAV Foundation, and is a member of the National Institute for Governance. |

Ron Scott is Chairman of Creative By Design, the national home storage, and decorating franchise group that includes Creative Wardrobe Company and Decorating Décor.
These activities give him experience in management, marketing, manufacturing, design, financial and sub-contracting areas. From 2002, Ron has been President of the Furnishing Industry Association.
In those roles, he has played a major role in various industry and government boards including the Home Building Advisory Council (NSW), FIRST (Industry Superannuation fund), Chair of a State Government Innovation panel and the national Government’s Action Agenda for the Furniture Industry.
He chairs or has chaired a number of boards whose major focus is on implementing Management Education, business excellence, design and production efficiency programs for industry. |

Peter is the President of BECA and annually administer the national conference jointly with NEIS and NIIA. He runs a BEC on eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Business Management experience includes ownership and operation of small business (partner in home-based Management Consultancy; and Director of Investment Management company), management experience in large industry (finance, superannuation and banking), and managing the BEC at Box Hill Institute – Victoria’s Specialist Centre for Services to SMEs. I have also provided business mentoring and business counselling to a number of small business owners. |

Roger is currently the CEO of the National Institute of Accountants(NIA) and sits on several boards and committees in a variety of roles. He is the present Chair of Southern Rocklobster Limited (SRL) a director on the Seafood CRC, Director and Treasurer of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and serves on several industry and government committees across a range of portfolios. the ASX, ATO and ASIC.
He has also had extensive experience in the small business arena in the fields of agriculture at both the retail and wholesale services levels and led the development of one of Australia’s largest input and technical service providers for many years having been a director and key executive of a company with in excess of 350 stores. |

 |  | Mr. Jonathan Brake - Acting CEO
Jonathan has owned, worked with and managed a number of small businesses located in Canberra and on the NSW Lower North Coast.
Jonathan's background in marketing and business development as seen him working with range of business and not for profits in various industries including retail, I IT and communications, professional services, adult training and education, schools and all levels of government. He is also the former Executive Director of the Micro and Home Business Association as well as a current board member, and former Executive Director of the ACT Enterprise Workshop.
Jonathan is passionate about small business, particularly the home and micro business sector.
Jonathan was General Manager of COSBOA before stepping down and assuming a role on this Board. He was appointed the Acting CEO of COSBOA after the resignation of Tony Steven on the 30 September 2008. |
